By booking or contacting Currie's Guiding, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking Terms — Guided Fishing

Full payment required at time of booking for individual reservations
Group bookings: 50% deposit at booking, balance due 7 days prior to trip date
Cancellations more than 5 days before your trip: full refund
Cancellations within 5 days of your trip: no refund
Cancellations due to weather or unsafe conditions: full refund or rebook at no charge
No refunds once a trip has commenced

Booking Terms — Boat Rentals

Full payment required at time of booking
Cancellations more than 48 hours before your rental: full refund
Cancellations within 48 hours of your rental: no refund
Cancellations due to weather or unsafe conditions: full refund or rebook at no charge

Participant Responsibility

All guests participate at their own risk. A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) or Transport Canada-recognized equivalent is required to operate motorized rental vessels. Currie's Guiding is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during guided trips or boat rentals.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
